Filming has officially begun for "Sex and the City 2!!" An insanely stylish Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted on New York City's upper east side shooting scenes for the much anticipated sequel. Sex and the City's brilliant stylist Patricia Field out did herself again dressing Carrie (SJP) in this stunning white three-quarter-length-sleeved dress, Chanel clutch, and--drum roll please--gold sequin Pigalle pumps by the red soled genius Christian Louboutin. Statement necklace, aviators, and signature curls in place Carrie Bradshaw does not disappoint.
