"Style is what one creates... glamour is a state of mind." -Rachel Zoe
Stylist, Celebrity, "Celebrity Stylist," Author, Reality Show Star, Editor, and now FASHION DESIGNER... there's not much that Rachel Zoe doesn't do. With a modest start as a fashion assistant at YM Magazine, Zoe worked her way up to Senior Fashion Editor. She then decided to "dive into" freelance styling. Since then she has developed A-List clientele and has made an "influential" impact on the fashion world.
He influence is undeniable because she works closely with the industry's top designers and editors: According to her own bio on her new website http://www.rachelzoe.com/, she does everything "from red carpet dressing to design collaborations, advertising campaigns to editorial shoots and runway shows." She is known as "the go-to force among “It” starlets, fashion houses, beauty firms and magazine editors looking for a dose of effortlessly chic style (rachelzoe.com)."
Besides this full resume, Zoe is taking on a "few" more projects... her second season of The Rachel Zoe Project premieres this fall, her new website features a daily Rachel Zoe Report, she is a contributing editor and consultant for piperlime.com, and she is rumored to be launching her own affordable fashion, accessories, and beauty line soon. How does she do it all? She credits her success to her passion for fashion, "I'd do this for free, I love it so much, (Haper's Bazaar)."
Remarkably her own personal style is equally influential: "Zoe’s own signature look – bronzed, sexy and wrapped up in Seventies-tinged laid back glamour – has rubbed off on well-known women and a few fashion collections alike. The Los Angeles Times noted the obvious influence of Zoe’s signature style on the runways, designers across the globe rely on Zoe for her fine tuned eye and Women’s Wear Daily traced Hollywood’s new look to Zoe’s own style (rachelzoe.com)."
As a Stylist, let's let zoe speak for herself:
